- Do buyers pay?
- No. Buyers and brokers use Windrow free today, with no seat charge - regardless of how many farms they work with.
- What counts as a user?
- Every owner, admin, and member on your farm's account takes a seat. Your first read-only teammate - a bookkeeper, say - is free; a second read-only teammate takes a seat. Drivers never take a seat: add as many as you need, free.
- What can a read-only teammate see?
- Everything an owner sees - settlements and statement PDFs, payments, unit and asking prices, and your whole buyer list. Read-only means they can't change anything, not that they see less. To show a banker, a neighbour, or a trucker only some of your hay, send a read-only share link instead: it shows just the stacks you share, with pricing hidden by default.
- How do I choose or change a plan?
- Windrow is in beta, and plans and add-ons are set by hand - there is no online checkout or billing page yet. Email [email protected] and we'll set it up with you.
