Put your grade, RFV, moisture, and lab report on any stack. Your confirmed count isstored beside the farm's figures, never over them — both sides see both sets, so settlement starts from the same page. Price per ton or per bale with the computed equivalent and line total shown live.
Loads
Loads built from committed hay only
Turn the hay a grower committed to you into numbered L-#### loads. Uncommitted stacks stay visible but locked with the reason — a load can't quietly take hay that wasn't yours. Dispatch texts your driver the farm, stack labels, planned bales, map pins, and the grower's pickup notes.
Drivers
Drivers get pins and pickup notes — never prices
Your driver's app is exactly their job: the loads dispatched to them, each stack with a pin and Navigate, and Record Pickup that works with zero signal and syncs later. Pickups flow onto the ledger and auto-complete the load — and a price never reaches their screen or their API.
Settlements
Settle from your side of the scale
When a grower hands you settlement authority, generate the statement yourself: your unbilled pickups, your final prices, a numbered statement with a PDF the farm sees read-only. One live statement per stack, globally — the two sides can never bill the same hay.
